Why the exact community matters
MAA’s own site presents fee information at the community level. That is the correct comparison point for a renter’s quote or lease; a fee shown at one property should not be assumed to apply at another.
How to review an MAA quote
- Save the exact community and unit fee disclosure shown when you apply.
- Add required recurring charges to base rent in the Rental Fee Calculator.
- Separate refundable security from nonrefundable fees.
- Compare the final lease and resident ledger with the quoted fee sheet.
