Colorado Move-Out Walk-Through Inspection Rights (2026)

Beginning in 2026, Colorado requires a requested walk-through inspection when it is reasonable and practicable. The inspection may be in person or telecommunication-assisted and is designed to identify conditions beyond normal wear that did not preexist the tenancy.
